Wish You Were Here creates AI-assisted vacation photo edits from images and instructions supplied by the customer.

Customer responsibility

Customers must have the right to upload source photos and must confirm permission before uploading reference photos of another person.

Generated results

AI-generated previews may be imperfect. Customers review watermarked previews before purchasing final downloads.

Purchases

Final images are unlocked after successful Stripe checkout and webhook confirmation. Unpaid previews remain watermarked.

Privacy and retention

Customer uploads, likeness references, generated images, orders, receipts, analytics, and support records are handled under the Privacy Policy. Reference photos of another person must follow the Consent requirements.

Prohibited use

Do not request edits involving non-consensual likeness use, explicit content, harassment, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful activity.
