Reference photos should only be uploaded when the person pictured has agreed that their likeness may be used for the requested vacation edit.

What consent covers

Consent means the person understands their reference photo may be used to create an AI-assisted image and that the customer may purchase and download the final edited photo.

When not to upload

Do not upload a reference photo if permission is unclear, disputed, or withdrawn.
